With a familial tie to Pope Pius IX, he received his education within the Vatican’s confines, immersing himself in the drawings of the famous Jean Cocteau, illustrations of René Gruau, and the vibrant color palette of Yves Saint Laurent. Pursuing his passion, Valli embarked on formal training at the European Institute of Design in Rome and later at London’s Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
